The Brock Group Board of Directors today announced that Michael E. McGinnis has been named Chief Executive Officer of the company. McGinnis joined Brock in January as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors, having previously served as the company’s President and Chief Operating Officer from 2007 to 2012.

McGinnis continues to serve as Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of Evergreen Industrial Services. He has recently served as Executive Chairman of the Board of Directors for B&G Crane Service LLC. Prior to becoming Brock’s President and Chief Operating Officer, McGinnis held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer of XServ, Inc., until its acquisition by Brock in 2007. He continues to serve the community as an active board member of the Texas Gulf Coast Chapter of the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
